Vanilla Ice Cream

Posted by Samantha Moniz on

The ice cream attachment for my stand mixer was a sweet gift from my honey a few years ago. I was so intimidated to make my own ice cream because we grew up on Ben & Jerry's. Grab yourself some store-bought pizza dough or use that trusty old recipe you've got stored away. This dish comes together quickly and is sure to please!

The summer sausage used here is a venison smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage from Mat's hunt a year or two back but feel free to use whatever kind of summer sausage you can get your hands on!
