Romesco Sauce

I love sauces and condiments. I love to dip bites of roasted veggies or a simple grilled chicken into something full of flavor. I made this romesco sauce and HAD to dig out 9 straggling asparagus from the fridge to toss on the grill just as an excuse to drown myself in the sauce. Traditionally made with almonds, I swapped them for hemp seeds and it gave the sauce a creamy-cheesy flavor. The #wellfedfraser gave this one a “Dayuuuummm”.

Blueberry Breakfast Meatballs

Talk about simple and YUMMM-Y. Found this recipe from @fedandfit ...she’s a certified nutrition consultant and has a few cookbooks out in the wild. Love how creative, healthy and flavor-packed this recipe is. I stumbled across these puppies a few days ago and HAD to give it a try. I’m all about sneaking veggies into meals, pair that with some hiiiiiiigh quality meat and we’ve got ourselves a homerun. You can find all of these ingredients in our stock on any given day and was happy to have a new way to put them all together. The #wellfedfraser had these with a pecan waffle one day and soft scrambled eggs and a bagel the next. I just ate them by themselves, off the tray as soon as they came out of the oven. To each their own!

Sausage Cran Pork Chops
