I love sauces and condiments. I love to dip bites of roasted veggies or a simple grilled chicken into something full of flavor. I made this romesco sauce and HAD to dig out 9 straggling asparagus from the fridge to toss on the grill just as an excuse to drown myself in the sauce. Traditionally made with almonds, I swapped them for hemp seeds and it gave the sauce a creamy-cheesy flavor. The #wellfedfraser gave this one a “Dayuuuummm”.
