Crispy Lamb Noodles

We live in a bit of a food desert. Don’t get me wrong, there’s EVERY fast-food chain you can think of within reach but not many cultural options or mom&pop shops so we choose to dine-in for takeout. I’d researched some ramen recipes and adapted one that fit the flavors and preferences of our house. I added guajillos because we love spice, I removed the curry and made it less soupy/more saucy etc. Recipes are meant to be a guideline. They can help teach you the basics and once you’ve mastered certain flavors or techniques, you can go off script to make it the perfect dish for YOU.
