Simple Marinated Grilled Steak Tips

We’re almost to the weekend and maybe you’re looking for an easy week night or something to entertain friends with this weekend...? Welp, this is one of my favorites for exactly that. Marinate it overnight and grill it up when the time is right! In our house we pretty much serve everything with white rice and a side veg. This is also great on a salad if salads are your thing. Meal prep it or prepare it for a hungry crowd, it’s sure to please.

Honey Garlic Pork Loin Roast

The fridge was EMPTY yesterday and it’s always so much harder to think up recipes with an empty fridge. Thankfully I have a few staple recipes hanging around for inspiration.. like this one! I am looooving pork loin roast. It’s as if a pork loin, ate another pork loin. It’s the pork loin’s big brother. I’m not messing with the little pork loin anymore, the pork loin ROAST is here to stay!

Herby Roasted Salmon

I’m not a mayo-lover. I wouldn’t typically elect to have a dish where mayo is a star ingredient but it just WORKS with dill and salmon. Something about the fat on fat makes it addictive. The dill and parsley are strong enough herbs to overpower the in-your-face mayo flavor and it seems to calm down once baked. This was a simple crowd-feeder and pleaser.
