Mango Guac
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
 - 1 jalapeno, minced
 - 2 ripe mangos, diced
 - 1 ripe avocado, diced
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - Pinch flakey salt
 - 1/4 cup cilantro
 
- Once everything is minced and diced simply toss together in a medium bowl. Taste and add additional salt / lime juice as needed. Serve on top of chipotle chicken or grilled shrimp.
