Hawaiian Roll Cinnybons
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pckg King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- * 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Separate each roll and cut an X into the top. Dip each roll into the egg mixture to cover the entire roll. Place on a prepared 1/4 baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon to create a paste. Either using a ziplock/pipping bag or a spoon and your hands (it got a little messy but got the job done!) scoop 1-2 tsp of the butter into each roll.
- Bake the rolls for 15-18 mins until golden.
- While the rolls bake, make the cream cheese frosting by mixing the soft cream cheese with powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth.
- When the rolls have finished baking, allow to cool for 2 minutes then top with the cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
