Hawaiian Roll Cinnybons

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pckg King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • * 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Separate each roll and cut an X into the top. Dip each roll into the egg mixture to cover the entire roll. Place on a prepared 1/4 baking sheet.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon to create a paste. Either using a ziplock/pipping bag or a spoon and your hands (it got a little messy but got the job done!) scoop 1-2 tsp of the butter into each roll.
  5. Bake the rolls for 15-18 mins until golden.
  6. While the rolls bake, make the cream cheese frosting by mixing the soft cream cheese with powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth.
  7. When the rolls have finished baking, allow to cool for 2 minutes then top with the cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
